Personal guidance in the Yichuda method

Guided transformation of consciousness — a tool for healing soul and body

  • Private sessions
  • In Rehovot, Israel, or on Zoom
  • Complete discretion

Sometimes, getting unstuck doesn't take another course. It takes someone who truly sees you. In private sessions with the Yichuda team you receive a precise assessment of your personal soul map, practical direction, and a tailored work plan — drawing on decades of experience and thousands of sessions, built on the foundations of Kabbalah and Chassidut, the Torah's mystical and inner teachings.

Let's talk!
Going through a crisis or standing at a crossroads — a big decision, a change, a loss of direction — and feeling you need a wise, precise, objective view of your situation, through the lens of the Torah's inner dimension?
Facing difficulty in your marriage or in a close relationship, and looking for discreet, respectful guidance that goes all the way to the root — without judgment and without superficial fixes?
You've studied, read, and tried — but feel that for a real breakthrough you need personal direction, tailored precisely to your soul and your situation?

Recognize these challenges?

Then this is for you!

A Personal Crossroads

This guidance is for those facing a major decision — career, marriage, a move, a calling — who want clarity and precision before the next step, looking at the root of the soul and not just the circumstances.

Marriage and Family

The program is built for individuals and couples who want to heal patterns, improve communication, and build a bond of love and trust. Rebbetzin Michal specializes in couples counseling in a focused format: a set number of sessions, with a clear goal.

Spiritual and Emotional Growth

This guidance is for those seeking personal support in the inner work: hitbonenut (Jewish meditation), emotional balance, refining character traits — with the learning and practice matched precisely to their own soul.

How does it work?

The guidance is built as a focused process, not as "endless therapy": we meet, we assess, we define a clear goal — and work toward it until, with God's help, we reach it.

Soul-Map Assessment

The first sessions are devoted to getting to know you and assessing your personality, until a precise picture emerges of your soul's structure, your strengths — and the root of what's been holding you back.

A Personal Work Track

Together we define a goal and objectives, and build a process over a set number of sessions: practical direction, with personally tailored tasks and hitbonenut exercises between sessions.

Tools for Independence

Our goal is for you to become “your own healer and counselor”: you leave the process with practical tools that stay with you long after the final session.

What you gain
from the guidance process:

Clarity and Resolve

A clear picture of your situation, the root of the difficulty, and the next step — and the strength to decide and follow through wholeheartedly.

Peace of Mind and Connection

When life lines up with the soul, inner quiet, vitality, and joy return — and the road ahead opens up.

Healing in Your Relationships

Old patterns get named and traced to their root, and your closest relationships — marriage, parenting, family, and work — begin to breathe.

Rabbi Dror Shaul

Rabbi Dror Shaul

Founder and director of Yichuda College, the Lubavitcher Rebbe's emissary in Dharamsala, India

Rabbi Dror was born and raised in Jerusalem. From a young age he traveled widely across Israel and the world, drawn to mysticism, spirituality, and the inner workings of the soul. After his service in the Israeli army — as a combat soldier, survival instructor, and medic in a paratroopers unit — he set out on a journey to India, where he reconnected with his Jewish identity. Back in Israel he studied Kabbalah and Chassidut in various yeshivas, while also completing a program in naturopathy.

About five years later, after marrying Michal, he returned to India as a Chabad emissary, and in 2000 the two of them founded the Chabad House of Dharamsala (a Jewish outreach center) in northern India. He also founded Yichuda College in Israel. For more than 27 years Rabbi Dror has been teaching courses and giving lectures in Jewish psychology, meditation, and movement — in India, in Israel, and around the world. He is the author of “Hitbonenut in Ma'aseh Merkavah” (a practical guide to Jewish meditation) and “Lech Lecha Dharamsala” (his personal story and journeys of emotional healing).

Rebbetzin Michal Shaul

The Rebbe's emissary in Dharamsala, counselor and therapist for couples and individuals

Rebbetzin Michal grew up on Mount Carmel in northern Israel, attended a religious girls' high school, and completed a bachelor's degree in special education and Jewish studies at a college in Jerusalem, while immersing herself in the writings of Chassidut. After her marriage, together with her husband Rabbi Dror, she began leading workshops in creative expression, movement, hitbonenut, and guided inner journeys — individually and in groups.

Alongside raising a large family, Rebbetzin Michal writes poetry, gives lectures, and guides couples toward a better marriage; in recent years she has focused on developing and applying movement inspired by the holy Hebrew letters, and on translating spiritual content into dance improvisation.
