1. General

This website is operated by the Yichuda Ila'a Association (Registered Association No. 580365773), which runs Yichuda College — The Center for Jewish Meditation (hereinafter: "we"). This policy explains what personal information is collected on the site, what is done with it, and how you can reach us with any question or request.

2. The information we collect

2.1 Information you provide to us: When you fill out a form on the site (contact, course inquiry, retreat registration, joining the community, or signing up for the free gift), we collect the details you entered: name, phone number, email address, and — if you included one — the content of your message.

2.2 Shop purchases: Payment is processed through the payment provider Stripe. Credit card details are entered directly with the payment provider; they do not pass through our servers and are not stored by us. We receive from the payment provider only the order details (name, email, the product purchased, and the transaction amount) for the purpose of delivering the product and for bookkeeping.

2.3 Technical information: As with any website, our hosting provider records basic technical information in server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations. Your shopping cart is stored locally in your browser only. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How the information is used

We use the information to get back to you after you reach out; to schedule a personal call or register you for courses and retreats; to deliver products purchased in the shop; and — only if you explicitly agreed to it on the form — to send you updates and content from the College. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us or via the unsubscribe link in our messages.

4. Sharing information with third parties

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your details to commercial parties. The information is stored and processed only with the site's operational service providers: website hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), and payment processing (Stripe) — or where disclosure is required by law.

5. Data security

Communication with the site is encrypted (HTTPS/SSL), access to the information is limited to the College's team only, and payment details, as noted above, are handled exclusively by a secure payment provider that complies with the PCI-DSS standard.

6. Your rights

In accordance with Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may ask to review the information we hold about you, to correct it or delete it, and to withdraw your consent to receiving updates at any time. 7. Links to other websites

The site contains links to external services (such as YouTube, Vimeo, and WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their privacy policies, and we recommend reviewing them when you use those services.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page along with its revision date. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
